It is the great pleasure for the Thai Hip and Knee Society to host the combined meeting of the 26th annual meeting of the Thai Hip and Knee Society (THKS), the 10th Annual Meeting of Arthroplasty Society in Asia (ASIA), and the 16th Annual meeting of the ASEAN Arthroplasty association (AAA) in the scenic town of Hua Hin, Thailand. This fascinating event will be held between November 28th to 30th, 2024.

The THKS as one of the pioneering Orthopedics subspecialty societies in Thailand, traces its roots to the Hip and Knee subsection of the Royal College of Orthopedic Surgeons of Thailand (RCOST). Initially focused on the education of orthopedic residents, our society has evolved to embrace more advanced subjects pertinent to general orthopedic surgeons who were interested in hip and knee arthroplasty. Our journey commenced with the inception of advanced courses in hip and knee arthroplasty, which eventually transformed into the THKS Annual Meeting. Over the years, our annual meeting has witnessed remarkable growth in both scale and excellence, affording us numerous opportunities to host international arthroplasty conferences within the Asia-Pacific region.

Hua Hin, a beach town nestled along the tranquil southern Thailand coastline, located about a three-hour drive from the bustling metropolis of Bangkok. Renowned for its pristine beaches, delectable seafood, and proximity to many national parks and historic attraction, Hua Hin offers a plethora of activities for you and your family to relish.

This year’s meeting promises to be an enriching experience, with a focus on the latest advancements in hip and knee arthroplasty, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and innovations, and highlighting tailored clinical practices for our region. In addition to the main congress, we will be joined by the AO reconstruction course as a pre-congress event with no extra registration fee for all congress participants.
