Cancellation and Refund
Payments will be refunded if written notification reaches the convention secretariat, by email: reg.thks2024@gmail.com. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follow:
• Cancellations received between October 31, 2024 : 50% will be refunded. • Cancellations received between November 1-15, 2024 : 25% will be refunded. • Cancellations received by after November 15, 2024 : No refund will be possible.
Note: All refunds will be processed after the congress.
